Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by her Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother. She has been a famous actress on TV. Her parents are from Ireland and Mexico. She was born in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December the 26th of December, 1976. In no time she left Ohio to move to Texas and completed her degree in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in local independent films, as well as worldwide commercials. The actress quickly discovered her love in the field of acting despite the minor role. After moving to New York and in 2001 she landed her first role in the soap opera daytime All My Children as Rosa Santos. In 2008, De La Garza won the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza, in the role of a regular cast member on CSI Miami was announced a couple of minutes further. She played Marisol Deko as well as the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio.
